Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
How quickly will my order ship?
All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-5 business days.
Do you offer customized products?
Yes! All customized items are made by hand in our shop, because of this it will take a little longer to get your order packaged and shipped. Please email us at hello@tinyandtreasuredclothingco.com if you need your order rushed.
Can I change the personalization for my order?
I am more than happy to change it for you with no fee if you contact me within a few hours of placing your order. If you find out that you made a mistake in personalization after the product has been made and shipped, you will need to purchase a new product. If the mistake is on my part, a replacement item will be shipped immediately.
How should I wash/care for my Tiny & Treasured Clothing items?
Machine Wash Cold. Hang to Dry.
DO NOT wash with anything that has zippers, or velcro. This can ruin the fabric during the wash cycle. Avoid fabric softener and do not wash with towels (Towels can ruin the soft texture of the fabric).
